Mission
The Coachella Valley Children’s Coalition unites organizations, educators, service providers, and community leaders to strengthen collaboration, share resources, and expand access to services that support the well-being, safety, and development of children and families throughout the Coachella Valley.​
Vision
We envision a Coachella Valley where every child is supported by a connected, compassionate community - where resources are accessible, systems are aligned, and every child has the opportunity to grow, heal, and thrive.

What We Do
The Coalition serves as a hub for connection, collaboration, and action.
Through collective efforts, we:

Support prevention and early intervention through education and shared strategies

Together, we are building a more connected and responsive system of support for children and families across the Coachella Valley.
Our Approach
​Our work is guided by several key concepts: - Collaboration over competition - Equity and accessibility for all families - Trauma-informed and resilience-centered practices - Community voice and shared leadership We believe that the strongest outcomes for children happen when adults are aligned, supported, and working together with intention.
Why It Matters
Across the Coachella Valley, there are many dedicated organizations and individuals doing meaningful work to support children and families. The opportunity is not to replace or duplicate these efforts, but to strengthen how we stay connected, informed, and aligned. When we are more aware of one another’s work, we can better support families in navigating available resources and ensure they are connected to the care they need. The Coachella Valley Children’s Coalition exists to support that connection.  By bringing people and organizations together, we strengthen communication, increase awareness of resources, and create more accessible pathways to support.
To Join
To be part of the Coalition, organizations should be actively working with children and youth and maintain good standing within the community. We value partners who are committed to collaboration, integrity, and supporting the well-being of young people and families.
