A school-based program designed to help children and youth build resilience, emotional awareness, and healthy relationships from kindergarten through middle school. Each grade-level series teaches age-appropriate skills for understanding emotions, managing stress, practicing empathy, and making safe choices. Through engaging activities like stories, movement, restorative circles, and peer discussions, students learn to notice when they feel calm or overwhelmed.
